Once we receive your ring order, we immediately secure your chosen diamond and begin creating your chosen setting.     The order goes straight to our factory where seasoned staff create the raw casting of your setting by melting the precious metal and pouring it into a hollow mold.   Once your casting is complete, we place it in a special machine called, the "tumbler" which takes off any excess metal that may have been left from the raw casting.

A polisher then pre-polishes the setting by hand to smooth out the edges and prepare the ring for mounting.

A setter proceeds to mount the center stone and set any necessary side-stones. (Pave-set side-stones require the most time to set and may take another day or two to complete).

Once the diamonds have been secured in the setting, the entire ring is re-sent to the polisher. Depending on your chosen metal and finish, the polisher will give the ring a final protective coating of rhodium and polishing.   The ring then goes through an "Ultrasonic Cleaner," a machine that cleans the ring with high-frequency sound waves as the ring is submerged in a unique liquid solution. The vibrations will cause loose diamonds to come off, revealing any weak points in the setting. If necessary the setter will simply reinforce the setting and secure the stone(s).   The ring comes out of the jewelry workshop and is sent to our showroom where a seasoned jeweler gives one last quality-check inspection and approves the ring for delivery.

A final air-buffing is applied to eliminate any remaining finger-prints. The ring is then neatly placed in our distinctive lacquer box and packaged for shipment.
