Once we receive your ring order, we immediately secure your chosen diamond and begin creating your chosen setting.
The order goes straight to our factory where seasoned staff create the raw casting of your setting by melting the precious metal and pouring it into a hollow mold. |

Once your casting is complete, we place it in a special machine called, the "tumbler" which takes off any excess metal that may have been left from the raw casting. |
|
A polisher then pre-polishes the setting to smooth out the edges and prepare the ring for mounting. |
