What is the difference between karat weights of gold?
Karat (represented by k or kt) indicates the purity of the gold used. The higher the karat, the purer the gold. The karat weight of gold affects both its' durability and color. For fine jewelry, we recommend 18kt Gold or Platinum. [Click Here] to learn about the different karat weights of gold.

Do you offer an extended warranty?
In addition to our return policy, we warrant that all items will be free from any manufacturing defects. If there is a problem with an item, you can mail it back to our office for inspection. If we find that the problem is from a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the item at no charge to you. What is an Inscribed Diamond?
Our laser-inscribed diamonds have the diamond's certificate number inscribed on its girdle (the number is only visible under magnification). This way you can match the exact certification number listed on your grading report to the one inscribed on your stone.
Can I upgrade my jewelry purchases?
